Uptown Brown American Brown Ale
Our take on a brown ale, dark and toasty!
For this mad batch we started with our Sunny Day recipe, a whole bunch of fruit and a wicked grin! We tweaked a few details, hand processed the fruit, tossed in a little lactose, and added solid hit of Mexican vanilla.
The result is a little bit of magic in your glass! The first taste takes you back to that sunshine on a stick; the creamsicle. Rich, creamy, fruity goodness. As you sip, the real fruit and hops start to tickle your IPA bone, more and more.
Sunny Day IPA
Our flag ship IPA!
Sweet Lea Dry Hopped Blonde Ale
Every artist needs a muse, to inspire and incite them. The muse comes in many different forms but is often a person who holds a special place in the artist's heart.
Sweet Lea is a 4.8% ABV dry-hopped blonde ale with ripe mango, orange zest and lemon aromas, a lighty bready malt and more fruits in the body, and a hint of hoppy resin and a smooth clean bitterness in the finish.
Ladies and Gentleman, 21st Street Brewery cordially invites you to join us for a nice, cold, crisp pint of lager.
Made from Canadian pilsner and a blend of crystal malts combined with chinook, mosaic, and an experimental American hop, this is a very subtley flavoured beer with a hidden complexity, which the more discerning drinker will appreciate.
This is a 5 o'clock beer. A lawnmower beer. Something to drink and enjoy. In short, this is a Modern Lager
Forager Juniper Saison
A wonderful Saison, with junipers picked locally.
Barrel Aged IPA
Casey put a hazy IPA into three different barrels, that previously had either bourbon or our BA RIS in them, around 4 months ago and then dry-hopped the living sh*t out of the result and blended them back together! The result is a crazy, delicious IPA, with all sorts of funky, oaky barrel notes that augment and enhance an already juicy, fruity India Pale Ale!
Sweet Oppsa Lea Belgian Ale
Our Sweet Lea with a Belgian twang!
Monk's Iniquity Belgian Ale
Monk's Iniquity is one big, juicy Belgian ale with notes of orange, mango, and pineapple, all of which derive from the Belgian yeast we use. Add in a hit of spice and a high carbonation and you'll find this one is layered, complex, but still wonderfully drinkable. Coming in at 8.7%, this is the really big brother to Monk's Window.
New Vienna Belgian Pale Ale
A different take on a Pale Ale, with a bit of a begian twang!
Long Draw Rotating Cask
One of our favorite ales, this fine drink is vibrant, fresh and delicious. Try it on the bar or take a six-pack home with you - you’ll make the next party a huge success. If you’d like to consult one of our experts, get in touch.
Black Market Stout
We love this beer, but we jut couldn't help tinkering with it a little bit. We took the same hoppy and roasty recipe and threw our favourite new English yeast at it.
Look for a light cookies and cream note in the nose, and a softer smoother coffee character in the flavour
Seven Seas of Rye Black IPA
We used a big scoop of black malt and a veritable bale of northwest hops. Look for pine, citrus and coffee notes.
Deep Water West Coast IPA
Today we're releasing Deep Water, which is Casey's take on the West Coast style. It has firmer malt body compared to our other IPAs but don't worry, it's still all about the hops. And there's a ton of them in this thing. We've kept the juicy notes we know you love but added more body, more bitterness and more punch in the finish to swing it fully over to the West Coast. It's a hoppy beast with a strong citrus note and probably not for the IPA-curious crowd!
Slainte Dry Irish Stout
Brewed for St Patrick's Day, this is a wonderful dark roasty stout!
Frolic Hazy ISA
A new one for us, a fun perfect hazy balance of hops, malt and yeast for a great summer ale!
Shaker Maker Old World Pilsner
Just in time for the summer, a delisious pilsner, brewed with 100% Saskatchewan malt from Maker's Malt in Rostern!
Braggot Cellar Series
This boutique beer is only produced in a small batch, and spent time in our barrels down in the catacombs. A delicious mix of our Ancient Orange Mead, and our Russian Imperial Stout!
